Introducing Project Sigma
Are you tired of sifting through endless legal jargon and redundant clauses in your contracts? We understand that your time and resources are valuable. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce Project Sigma—a groundbreaking initiative set to redefine the landscape of contract and clauses standards.
What is Project Sigma?
Project Sigma is a collaborative endeavor, bringing together the finest and more cooperative legal minds and general counsels to create new industry standards.
Our first mission is stated: to streamline the M&A process, so you can focus on what truly matters.
2024 – M&A
Let lawyers be paid for their brain not for their hands, let them be engaged in what matters most, what they like most: the real thing. All the rest is standardization. A General Counsel is a Manager; standardizing is part of the job.
In 2024 we have worked with top-notch lawyers, notaries public, insurance brokers, and insurance companies and we succeeded in standardizing the most commonly-used clauses in Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), in order to eliminate the need for repetitive, time-consuming negotiations and focus on what matters most.
2025 – Integrated Corporate Governance
In 2025, our goal is to standardize a core set of policies — covering from supply chain control, privacy, whistleblowing, conflicts of interest, corruption and criminal compliance and more — to unify governance and reduce legal redundancies.
We will form a dedicated working group of legal experts, compliance officers, and managers to establish an integrated governance framework, streamline documentation, and foster a single, holistic vision of corporate governance.
Drawing on our experience from the 2024 M&A project, where we partnered with top professionals to work on SPA clauses, we will similarly develop easy-to-use templates, workflows and clear guidelines for these internal processes. This ensures everyone can focus on what truly matters—making ethical, strategic decisions—while maintaining strong compliance and governance across the organization.
